Consumption of local and seasonal produce has been identified as an important element sustainable food consumption. Alternative networks (AFNs) play role in distribution the socio-technical innovations this space provide for rich exploration. The aim paper is to investigate how households’ practices are emerging within new material infrastructures two AFNs – one community supported agriculture (CSA) assembly (FA), based Ireland.
